1. Data We Collect
OperationBegin stores the information you provide to keep client work organized. This includes workspace credentials, client profiles, projects, estimates, invoices, and audit trails generated as you work inside the product.
We keep lightweight diagnostic logs solely to ensure the product runs smoothly. These logs do not include third-party analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
2. How We Use Information
Your data powers the features you expect—dashboards, documents, reminders, and invoicing workflows. We do not sell your data or license it to advertisers. Access is restricted to operational needs such as support or maintenance.
We currently do not email customers. If that changes, we will update this policy and give you the choice to opt in.
3. Data Sharing
We do not use analytics services or share customer records with third parties outside of essential infrastructure providers. Those providers are engaged under agreements that limit how they may use your data.
4. Security Practices
OperationBegin applies encryption in transit, strict access control, and continuous monitoring to protect workspace information. Our team follows least-privilege principles when supporting your account.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You have the right to export everything in your workspace. When you delete your account we remove data from active systems. Any remaining encrypted backups age out on their normal schedule and are not used for product features.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you can request access, corrections, or deletion assistance. Reach out and we will respond as quickly as possible.
