1. Account Eligibility
OperationBegin is built for freelancers, boutique agencies, and service operators managing client work, invoicing, and project delivery. By creating an account you confirm that you are legally able to enter binding agreements and that any information provided is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for all activity within your workspace. Please ensure invited collaborators follow these terms and any applicable laws governing your industry.
2. Acceptable Use
Our tools streamline client records, estimates, and invoices. Use them in ways that respect privacy, intellectual property, and contractual obligations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, overload our infrastructure, or use OperationBegin for unlawful or harmful activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, interfere with other customers, or compromise data security.
3. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans unlock expanded client capacity, automation, and reporting. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle and charges are non-refundable. You may downgrade or cancel at any time, with access continuing through the current period.
Trials and early access discounts are offered at our discretion. We may update pricing or plan features with advance notice delivered through in-product notifications.
4. Data Ownership & Access
You own the data you store in OperationBegin. We only process workspace information to provide the features you rely on, and we do not sell or share customer data for advertising or analytics. You may request a full export of your workspace data at any time.
We do not run third-party analytics scripts. Operational logs are limited to what is necessary to keep the service reliable.
5. Account Closure & Deletion
When you delete your OperationBegin account we remove associated workspace data from our primary systems. Final backups age out on their normal schedule and are not used for any active processing.
6. Service Availability
We strive for reliable uptime with proactive monitoring. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. OperationBegin is not liable for delays or losses stemming from factors outside our control such as internet disruptions or force majeure events.
7. Updates to These Terms
We may refine these terms as our product evolves. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications, and continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
